试论羌语转换对地区文化安全的影响

在羌语转换的大趋势下,羌族的民族身份认同焦虑越发明显,并且这种焦虑已经波及到了毗邻的藏区。从羌汉双语教育到羌语课被取缔,受到影响的不仅仅只有羌族,更让实施藏汉双语教育的毗邻藏区感到不安,敌对势力甚至借题发挥,质疑国家的民族政策,加上地方政府在语言教育问题上缺乏足够的智慧,把政治稳定作为第一要务,从而助推了这一教育上的学术问题向文化上的政治问题转变,给地区文化安全造成了威胁。

A study of Qiang Language Shift and the Effect on Regional Cultural Security

The ethnic identity anxiety becomes more and more obvious during the language shift of Qiang, which has been spread to the neighbouring areas. From the Qiang-Han Bilingual Education to the cancellation of Qiang language course, the Qiang ethnic cannot find the future of their native language, due to which the Tibetan in the neighbouring area begin to worry about their own Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education, not mention hostile forces seize the chance to question the national policy. Meanwhile, the local governments are obviously short of wisdom to solve the problem of language education, but to take the political stability as the priority. When the academic issue was boosted into a cultural political one, the regional cultural security became complicated and uncertain.
