高职院校音乐教师学习共同体建设的思考

On constructing learning community of music teachers in higher vocational colleges

The establishment of learning community promotes the professional development of music teachers as well as contributes to teachers＇ learning. In the meantime, it transforms a self learning model into a cooperative learning and research model that boosts the sense of identity and happiness for music teachers. So building a learning community is an effective approach to the professional development of music teachers, which provides music teachers with an extensive learning space.
