| Abstract: | Based on the theory of three spiral, combining the roles of government, enterprise and, school, the article proposed the legal system as the foundation, the smooth ecological operation mechanism as the basis, and the system driven by interests as the key, so as to reconstruct a new mode of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. |
