无鱼粉日粮对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响

摘    要:选用2600只196日龄罗曼褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成两组,每组1300只鸡,试验组以豆粕为蛋白源配制无鱼粉日粮进行饲喂,对照组饲喂含有3%进口鱼粉的日粮,观察两种日粮对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明,试验组的产蛋率、料蛋比、蛋壳颜色、蛋白比率、蛋黄比率、蛋壳比率、蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度以及蛋中的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷等方面与对照组差异不显著(p>0.05)。试验组能明显降低试验鸡的死淘率(p<0.05),且平均蛋重高于对照组。试验组的软、破、异形蛋率比对照组降低了0.14个百分点(p<0.05),但试验组鸡蛋血、肉斑率比对照组高9.5个百分点,差异显著(p<0.05)。

Abstract:2600 Roman Brown commercial layers of 196 days of age were randomly divided into two group of 1300 layers each to study the effect of two kinds diet on laying performance and egg quality,the experimental group fed with the diet of non-fishmeal,the control group fed with diet of containing 3% importing fishmeal.The results showed that experimental group had no significant difference(p>0.05) in laying rate,feed/egg ratio,eggshell of color,ratio of egg white,ratio of egg yolk,ratio of egg shell,configure ratio of egg,Haugh unit,thickness of egg hell and water,crude protein,crude fat,Calcium,Phosphorus of egg than that of control group.Experimental group could significantly reduce the death and culling rate(p<0.05)and raise the egg weight.The soft damaging abnormal rate of experimental group were 0.14 percent lower than control group.But the blood and meat spot rate of experimental group were 9.5 percent higher than control group.
