| 摘 要： | 音乐是社区居民喜闻乐见的一种艺术形式，社区化建设需要音乐艺术，开展音乐艺术化活动要有音乐人才，要有物力资源，财务资源，开展音乐艺术化活动能够有效地发挥出社区化凝聚力的作用，有利于提高社区居民的化生活质量。

| Abstract: | Music is an artistic form preferred by residents of community. Music is needed in community culture construction. Not only music talents should be assured in carrying on music art culture activities, but also the material resources and financial resources. Carrying on music art culture activities can effectively develop community culture action of cohesion, and benefit to the culture life quality of community residents. |
