| Abstract: | This paper reviews the historical reform of university personnel systems, gives an analysis of the characteristics of the reform of the personnel systems at the present period, points out the value of the reconstruction of university personnel systems and the practice strategy of the systems of post employment, and contemplates the further reform in difficult areas for current university personnel systems. |
