| 摘 要： | 成人高等函授教育作为普通高等教育的有效补充,为我国的经济和社会建设培养了大批人才。随着社会的价值取向和要求的变化,成人高等函授教育要实现可持续发展就必须做到:贯彻"以人为本"的服务管理理念;大力推行网络教育;转变教育模式,由"学历"教育向"非学历"教育转化。
