| 摘 要： | 中国共产党在领导中国民族革命实践发展的基础上，把马列主义关于民族理论与中国民族实际逐步结合起来，作出中国走民族区域自治道路的历史选择，了世族区域自治作为党的基本民族政策的政策定位，创立了崭新的民族区域自治制度。

| Abstract: | The Chinese Communist Party combined Marxism-Lenin ism with the realities of Chinese nationalities during the course of Chinese na tional-democratic revolution, chose the road leading to regional national autono my, located the basic policy to wards nationalities of the party on regional au tonomy of minority nationalities, and established an entirely new system of regi onal national autonomy. |
