网络课程答疑系统的研究与设计

以往的答疑系统基本上是内建于课程平台之内,不利于系统向专业化方向发展,信息搜索功能也存在一定的缺陷,并且缺乏对答疑效率的关注.为此,将开放体系结构与协作学习模式作为答疑系统建构的基础模型,将电子邮件和MSN消息实时发送运行于信息反馈过程,将全文检索、中文分词技术运用于信息查询过程,设计了一种基于协作学习模式、信息动态反馈机制和智能分词技术的网络答疑系统.
