The library is the documentary information centre in the university,with a richest storage of technology and information , the widest fields of subjects ,and the most convenient sources of obtaining knowledge,it is the "Second Classroom" for university students. In coordinating university students' quality education, the library should fully demonstrate its advantage of books storage,the advantage of document retrieval teaching and practice, try to raise the students' moral quality?cultural and scientific quality and creative spirit as well as ---practice ability , make due contributions for forstering the virtuously?intelligently and physically developed builders and successors for socialist cause.
