| 摘 要： | 高考试卷质量评价体系的构建是试卷评价工作的核心,评价体系要全面、科学、可行。构建以效度验证为根本,以目标性、测量学、结构性、规范性、统计性评价指标为支撑,以证据收集为手段,以德尔菲法为价值判断方法的高考试卷质量评价体系,为高考试卷的增值研究、比较研究、质量改进提供重要依据和有力参考。
