浅谈市场经济下的培训教育

建立和完善教育教学培训是培训事业适应社会主义市场经济的必然选择,这是由于教育培训活动比其它类型的教育更贴近需求,更敏感地反映市场经济需求关系的特征,其办学形式的灵活性体现市场经济的需求特征。本文从如何加强师资队伍建设及提高教学质量、如何提高教学管理者的综合素质、如何建立完善培训体系、开拓办学思路以适应市场经济的需求等几方面加强教育培训工作,由点到面浅析培训教育中教师、管理者、培训项目与市场的关系。

On the Training Education Under the Market Economy

In order to adapt to socialist market economy,training education should be improved.Because training activities are closer to practical needs and more sensitive to reflect the needs of market economy than other types of education.In one word,the training education＇s flexibility adheres to the needs of the market economy.This thesis talks about the relationship among teachers,managers,training projects and market from the following perspectives： how to strengthen the quality of the teachers and their teaching,how to improve the abilities of the managers,how to build a perfect training system,etc.
