| 摘 要： | 体育教育专业学生运动损伤发生十分频繁,这对专业教学、学生健康及学生未来所从事的工作等都会带来诸多不利的影响。通过调查研究对体育教育专业学生运动损伤的产生原因、各专项运动损伤的分布特点以及运动损伤的性质等进行分析,提出减少运动损伤的建议和方法。

| Abstract: | sports injury and occasional wound are tending to encrease in the students specializing physical education. This affects greatly to their heal th and future work,harming the situation in this field. Through investigation an d analysis to the rising causes, the training diversities and various sports eve nts, the author gives some good advices and methods, such as how to prevent and reduce many avoidable injury and wound. |
