| Abstract: | More and more attention is paid to teachers' professionalization,of which research and training teachers,who directly serve teachers' growth,are the practitioners and advocators.Using research and study room as the carrier,we can explore win-win developing mode to improve teachers' practice and promote the professional development of both research and training teachers and classroom teachers. |
