告别传统伦理走向现代伦理

随着小农经济向社会化大生产、自然经济向商品经济、计划经济向市场经济的转换，社会伦理也迫切需要实现由传统伦理向现代伦理的转化。这种转化主要应包括五个相互联系的方面：在道德价值上，从重义轻利走向义利统一；在道德关系上，从扬公抑私走向公私兼顾；在道德准则上，从单向奉献走向双向服务；在道德层次上，从单一层次走向多元层次；在道德手段上，从“软性约束’”走向“软硬兼施”。

Saying Good-bye to the Traditional Ethics and Moving Towards the Modern Ethics

With the transformation from Small-scale peasant economy to large-scale social production, from natural economy to commodity economy, from planned economy to market economy, we must change ethics urgently from traditional to modern. This change mainly includes the following five aspects which interrelate with each other: on the moral values, from puttingrighteousness above interests to integrating the both; on the moral relation, from overstating collective interests and rejecting individual ones to taking account of the two equally; on the moral standards, from one-way contribution to two-way service; on the moral level, from single level to multilevel; and as to the moral means, restraining people from by using soft tactics only to by using both hard and soft tactics.
