| 摘 要： | 基于OECD国家投入产出数据,分析服务外包发展的影响因素,结果表明:制造业和服务业的外包需求、信息技术水平、市场环境变迁、劳动力成本的上升对服务外包的发展有积极的推动作用,服务业市场的开放促进了服务离岸外包的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influencing factors based on OECD Countries' input-output data.It shows that the outsouring demand of manufacturing industry and service,information techndogy,market enviroment change,the raise in labor costs play a positive role in service outsourcing,moreover,the service outsaving opening promotes the development of offshore service outsouring. |
