| 摘 要： | 旅游业是一个极其脆弱的产业 ,受突发事件特别是政治事件、经济事件、局部冲突等影响较大。分析近 1 0年来 5个对世界旅游业影响较大的突发事件 ,“9·1 1”恐怖事件对我国入境旅游业的影响将会小于”六四”事件和亚洲金融危机。旅游业需要建立预测、防范和减灾研究机构 ,建立应急处理机制 ,以尽快适应和调整突发事件带来的负面影响 ,有效利用其带来的正面影响 ,自如应对突发事件 ,有效提高旅游业抗风险能力

| Abstract: | The tourist industry is the most fragile industry, and easily affected by sudden incidents, such as political incident, economic incident and regional conflicts. Based on the analysis of the 5 incidents in recent 10 years, the author points out that 911 Incident has less impact on the entry tourism of China than that of June 4 Incident 1989 and the Asian Financial Crisis. The tourist industry should establish institutions to forecast, prevent and reduce natural disasters in order to adjust the negative effect, and to make use of the positive effect. Therefore the risk of tourist industry can be effectively prevented. |
