| 摘 要： | “吃、穿、住、行”是民生问题。当人们“吃、穿”问题基本解决以后,“住”的问题被提升到显著位置。世界各国政府都致力于本国住房保障问题。文章对发达国家在住房保障制度中的作用与政策进行比较研究,这有助于我国住房保障问题的有效解决。

| Abstract: | The solution of residents' housing problems is an issue of the people' s livelihood. At present governments of different countries in the world give top priority to their housing problems. With China's entry into the well-off society, the housing problem also becomes one of the principal contradictions. This article makes a comparative study of the functions of the housing supply systems, of the policies aimed at guaranteeing accommodation supply, and of the successful experience in developed countries, which will contribute to an effective settlement of the accommodation problem in our country. |
