基于“方韩之争”的政府社会诚信维护不当行为分析

社会诚信是市场经济运行的基础,政府在社会诚信维护目标上负有不可推卸的责任。我国社会的诚信不足已阻碍了社会主义市场经济的发展。政府社会诚信维护行为不当可能导致社会诚信建设的倒退,降低政府的公信力。我国政府应尽快建立社会诚信维护的法律法规,行使社会诚信维护职能,积累社会诚信维护经验,以促进我国社会诚信建设的发展。

Analysis of Government's Misconduct in Social Integrity Maintenance Based on "FANG-HANG Dispute"

Social honesty is the basis of the market economy, and the government should not shirk its responsibility of social integrity maintenance. The lack of social integrity has hindered the development of socialist market economy in our country. The misconduct of government in social integrity maintenance may lead to a retrogression of the social integrity and reduce the credibility of our government. Our government should establish laws and regulations to maintaira social integrity and to exercise social integrity maintenance functions in order to accumulate social integrity maintenance experience and promote the development of our social integrity building.
