高职汽车类专业中德“三证融通”的探索与实践

随着我国汽车保有量的增加和汽车新技术的发展,汽车维修行业需要高技能型人才。我院和德国手工业协会合作,在原有的人才培养方案中嵌入德国汽车机电服务技师的培训体系和考核标准,构建培养学生获得中德两国技能证书的课程体系。提出了实施该课程体系的保障措施,创新人才培养模式、教学方法改革、教学团队建设、深化校企合作等,为高等职业院校汽车专业的高端技能型人才培养模式提供新的思路和解决办法。

Research and Practice on Sino-German Three-Certificate Integration of Automobile Specialties of Higher Vocational Education

With the increase in car ownership in China and the development of new automotive technologies, the demand for automotive technical staff in automotive service enterprises has become higher. Due to the cooperation with the German handicraft Association, the German automotive electrical and mechanical services technician training system and assessment standards are embedded in original training system to build curriculum system based on China and German skills certificate course system. This paper points out the guarantee measures of implementing the curriculum system~ innovation of training mode, reform of teaching methods, constructing of teaching team, and deepening of school-enterprise cooperation, and pro- vides new ideas and solutions for talents training mode of automobile specialties in higher vocational institutions.
