| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着对菊科植物研究深入,其多糖类组分生物活性愈来愈多地被发现。菊科植物多糖具有增强免疫、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等系列作用,可开发为药品或天然功能食品。该文综述了菊科植物多糖的结构、药理作用、食用价值、提取、分离、纯化和分析鉴定的研究动态,为菊科植物的进一步开发利用提供参考。
