| 摘 要： | 从学术、政策和实践三个不同角度考察,教师教育大学化已成为不可逆转的趋势。综合大学参与教师教育严重挤压了日益萎缩的教师教育市场,也对教师教育质量观的转变提出了更为迫切的要求。师范学院需要进行大学化转型。大学化转型是一项复杂的系统工程,培育学校创业精神、加强品牌专业和优势学科建设是其中三个至关重要的环节。
