陕西洋县中学青年教师职业满意度调查

摘    要:本研究采用问卷调查,对陕西省洋县361名青年教师进行了调查,调查结果显示中学青年教师对本职业比较满意,其中人际关系满意度最高,工资待遇的满意度最低;影响职业满意度的因素有管理质量、生活关怀、培养重视、职业期望、工龄、工作中获得的帮助和社会对教师职业的尊重。

Abstract:With the data from 361 young teachers in a county in shaanxi Pronvince, this paper describes the young teacher's vocational satisfaction level (job satisfaction) and its influential factors. The study shows, the vocational satisfaction level of young teachers in middle school lies in a higher level. The satisfaction level of the interpersonal relationship is the highest and the satisfaction level of the salary is the lowest. The determinants of the vcwmtional satisfaction level are: the quality of management, the care of life, the valuation of education, the promise of career, years of work, required help from the work and required respect from society.
