基于TAM模型的电子政务公众接受问题研究

电子政务公众接受度低是一个普遍现象。针对此问题，在实证研究的基础上，利用TAM模型对此现象进行分析，得出电子政务公众接受度的影响因素主要包括：服务获取渠道的便利程度、系统的可操作性、电子政务服务的一站式水平、电子政务与公众的相关度、相关宣传等，并提出相应对策，以期提高电子政务建设的效益。

A Study of Citizen' s Acceptance to E-government Based on TAM

Citizen’s acceptance to e-government is universally dissatisfying. This paper uses TAM model to explain this phenomenon through empirical study. The conclusion is that such factors relate to it: convenience of access to e-government service, operability of the system, one-stop level, relevance of e-government service to citizen and dissemination. And corresponding countermeasures are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of e-government construction.
