| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂滋生蔓延的原因是多方面的，由人的自身本性、“资源”的稀缺、被扭曲的文化、市场经济环境不完善、法制不完善等多种原因所致。治理商业贿赂要从加强执法、完善立法、健全财会制度、舆论监督等方面进行综合治理。

| Abstract: | Business boodle is the cancer of economy society,and it becomes more and more serious recently.The ressons are allround,including the essentiality of person,the exility of resource,the distorted culture,the faultiness of market economy circumstance,the faultiness of legal system.To father business boodle,we should refrain synthetically from several factors,for example,to strengthen excuting the law,to perfect lawmaking,to consummate finance and accountant system,to adoptconsensus supervision,etc. |
