Determination of Trace Metals in Wine with DPASV Method |

| Abstract: | The determination of trace metals in wine was made with DPASV method. The direct determination of trace heavy metals in wjne was studied, and the conclusion was made that it is difficult to determine directly the trace metals in wine, because of the high viscosity of wine and the complexity in components. |
