试论中国慈善事业的发展轨迹及其前景

中国传统慈善文化历经数千年的传承和发展。在社会转型、经济转制的新历史时期,慈善事业逐渐成为当代中国以公民互助为内涵的社会公益事业。居于主导地位的党和政府要充分发挥引导、监督和保障的功能,用政策和法规等手段解决慈善事业发展的瓶颈问题,切实发挥慈善事业在构建和谐社会中的重要作用。

The Comment on Development and Prospect of Charitable Cause in China

China has witnessed the thousands of years' inheritance and development of traditional charitable culture.At the turning point of social and economic reform in the new era,charitable causes gradually become public welfare undertakings,which mean promoting mutual aid among Chinese citizens in essence.As a dominant party,CPC government should play a guardian,supervisee and guarantee role to overcome all the difficulties in the development of charitable cause and bring it into full play in the establishment of harmonious society on policies and regulations basis.
