| 摘 要： | 植物在其生长发育过程中受到多种环境因子的影响，干旱，盐渍，低温等逆境对植物胁迫的研究一直受到众多学者的关注，近年来，随着分子生物学技术的不断发展，形成了多种分离抗逆基因的方法，本文对近年来发展起来的分离抗逆基因的策略分别加以综述。

| Abstract: | The plants are effected by many entironmential factors in their growth. Research on the plants stressed by water deficit, salt and low temperature is becoming more and more important. Recently, a lot of methods of cloning the adversity gene are formed with the growth of molecule biology technology and are reviewed respectively in this paper. |
