On Language Features of Turn - taking in Business Negotiation

Turn-taking analysis belongs to discourse analysis, which was established by a group of American sociologists in 1970s and used to analyze people's daily conversation. 1980s later, some scholars succeeded in applying this analysis to literature field, analyzing the written form of conversation. This paper attempts to apply turn-taking to analyze the generality and specialty in language between business negotiation and daily conversation, which can be appreciated from a new angle of view.
