| 摘 要： | 我国贫富差距已超过了正常范围,将威胁到人民群众与党和政府的关系.缩小贫富差距,要加强经济立法,提升公平公正的经济法理念;加大对非法收入的打击力度,增加税种调节高收入,完善社会保障体系.

The Legal Means to Shorten the Distance Between the Rich and the Poor |

| Abstract: | The distance between the rich and the poor has surpassed the normal range,and is endangering the relationship between people and the Party and government.To Shorten the distance,We need to enhance the economical legislation;reinforce the economical legal concept of just and fair;strengthen the fighting against the illegal income,increase taxes and control high income,and improve the social assurance system. |
