| 摘 要： | 根据我国竞技体育职业化发展的大趋势和部队体工队面临的形势,在分析了我军唯一一所高等体育院校——解放军体育学院具备的管理优秀运动队的条件和可能性的基础上,提出了部队体工队实行院校化管理的理论构想和基本模式,以及需要解决的主要问题。
