摘    要:认为激发成就动机是激励的极致,并提出了有效激发成就动机的三种方法,即科学设立目标、领导者行为激励、奖励成就行为。

Abstract:Modern management theory considers motivation to be the lore of management.Motivation is to arouse one's motive and to direct one's behaviour.One's motivation is a system ranging from low to high level,in which the achievement is the highest one.The continuous development of an organization and the prosperity of a nation lies mainly in the existence of numbers of talented personnel with high achievement motivation.There are three effective mothods to arouse achievement motivation:setting up objectives scientifically,leader's setting a good example,rewarding achievement behaviour.
