| Abstract: | The Harbin Institute of Technology has made great efforts in restructuring its graduate education to promote the development of its Master of Engineering programs and to raise the quality of graduate training.The efforts include a university-wide coordination,effective resource allocations,a reform in its system of grants and financial assistance,strengthened teaching in professional degree programs,and the development of bases for student practice. |
