| 摘 要： | 我国二元经济结构明显,西部地区要跨越式发展,发展农业旅游是利用自身优势,跨越传统工业阶段,发展经济和保护资源环境的最好选择。文章在对我国西部农业旅游进行SWOT分析的基础上,提出了西部地区农业旅游跨越式发展的战略选择,关键是从观念入手,进行制度创新。

| Abstract: | Chinese economy has obvious features of dual structure.If the western Chinese region wants to develop great,agricultural tourism is very good way,which can leap over the industrial stage and benefit for the environment preservation.Based on the SWOT analysis,the paper proposes strategic options for the development whose key is opinion and system innovation. |
