| 摘 要： | 在对危机预警和竞争情报基本概念及其相互关系总结的基础上,分析了竞争情报活动在危机预警机制中的五大作用,重点研究了基于竞争情报的危机预警体系的功能结构设计、工作目标和建设步骤等问题,给出了一个应用竞争情报理论方法建设危机预警管理体系的案例. |

Construction of the Crisis Pre-warning System Based on CI & Its Application Study |

| Abstract: | Based on the summary of the basic conceptions of crisis pre-warning and Competitive Intelligence(CI) as well as their interrelations,this article analyzes the 5 major functions of CI activities in crisis pre-warning mechanism,focuses on the functional structure design,work aim and construction process of the crisis pre-warning system based on CI,and gives a case study of applying the theory and method of CI to build the crisis pre-warning system. |
