夙夜悉心惟民实忧——蔡襄倾注于泉州的人文关怀

“风夜悉心,惟民实忧”是蔡襄对自己作为知州的职责之理解和认识,并且付诸实践之中。他与泉州有一种特别的因缘,在两知泉州前后为泉州做了几件切实的事,倾注其对泉州由衷的人文关怀。其所以如此,源自其民本思想。后人对其多美政．“称太守之贤者,必以公为首”,至今仍感念之,并非偶然。文中对陈善批评洛阳桥记有所辨证。
