| 摘 要： | 人才是高新技术企业成功的重要因素，深圳的高新科技企业已经成为深圳经济发展的支柱，但对于人才的录取和使用上依然存在的许多误区，借鉴国外先进国家人才结构和注重能力素质的人才观，提出了选择人才需要重视其实力能力，心理素质和工作意愿的全方位人才招聘考核标准。

| Abstract: | The talent employees are the key factor to achieving success in the hi-tech industry, the hitech industry is one of the most important industry in Shenzhen. But there are some misunderstandings in the recruiting, selecting, testing and promoting the personnel in the hi-tech industry. The article focuses on the structure and the ability about the employees in the hi-tech industry, and presents the opinion about selecting talent standard, such as actual working ability, psychological stable ability, and willingness tO work. |
