| Abstract: | The urban development is the course of the evolvement of human residential environment and also the symbol of social development. The urbanization programme is used as an indispensable part in the course of urban development and there are successes and also lessons in it. In the new century, Chinese urbanization programme must show still higher idealogical requirements and establish the principle of development plans that conform to the characteristics of the times. |
