| 摘 要： | 对我国企业员工的工作动机进行问卷调查,运用统计分析的方法,对员工工作动机的构成和特点进行定量分析,并对国有企业员工与合资企业员工的工作动机进行对比分析,在此基础上提出我国企业尤其是改制国有企业员工有效激励的问题,并提出相应的激励对策。

| Abstract: | We investigated work motivation of our enterprise employees with questionnaire, quantitatively analyzed the structure and characteristic of work motivation with stat. and compared work motivation of employees of state enterprise and joint venture enterprise. On the basis of the above analysis, we put forward effective inspiring mechanism of employees of our enterprises, especially our strypped-down state enterprises, and presented corresponding inspiring countermeasures. |
