| 摘 要： | 全球化对国际体系的变革不仅体现在经济领域,还从政治、经济、文化等多个层面改变人们的观念和认同,影响人类的生活和社会发展。高等教育也是如此,在全球化浪潮中,不可避免地受到冲击和影响,其中最值得我们研究和思考的就是全球化进程中对高等教育主权的维护问题。
