论电视节目主持人策划——个性化和主体性塑造策略

摘    要:电视节目主持人策划的个性化塑造策略与主持人的个性化特征即品牌性、不可替代性、非个人化相契合。影响二者个性化的因素有知识涵养、生活背景、个人气质、传播内容、媒介环境。因此,其个性化塑造策略的方案为知识结构个性化优势的塑造、生活阅历个性化的挖掘、思维方式个性化的强化、语言传播个性化特色的延续、创新能力及潜质的塑造。电视节目主持人策划的主体性塑造策略要求主持人具有完善的知识结构、强烈的创造欲望和高超的创造智慧。

Abstract:Personality shaping strategy of the host design fits the host personality features brand, irreplaceable and non-personalized. The factors impacted on both personalities are conservation knowledge, background, personal qualities, communication, and media environment. So the programs for personality shaping strategy include shaping advantage of the knowledge structure, discovering deeply the personal life experience, strengthening personal way of thinking, continuing personalized language and shaping innovation and potential. TV host should have improving the knowledge structure, a strong desire to create a superb and the creation of wisdom in subjective shaping strategy of the host design.
