| 摘 要： | 高校学生因社会环境、家庭环境以及自身素质的原因往往会出现触犯校纪校规，即违纪的行为，但由于高校现行管理制度上的缺陷，违纪学生的某些合法权利并未能得到高校的尊重和保护，这些与法违背的行为显然不利于学生的健康发展，因此对违纪学生施行法制化管理有其重要意义，同时这也与教育法治目标的实现关联重大。

| Abstract: | The breach of school regulations among college students is occasionally related to the factors of social surroundings,family background and self-quality,and the legal rights of those students haven't been highly protected or respected due to the drawbacks of current administrative management in colleges and universities,which is hindering the healthy development of college students.Therefore it is of great significance to administer these students by law and that will contribute to the realization of administering education by law. |
