试论名人广告的法律调整和完善

摘    要:利用名人较大的影响力对产品或服务进行宣传,确实为相关企业带来了巨额的经济效益。但名人巨大的影响也使得一旦宣传不实就易对消费者造成无法估量的的损害。我国当前法律中没有针对进行虚假宣传的名人作出相关的规定,所以有必要对此进行研究,对名人在广告中应尽的义务予以明确规制,以期使广告中的虚假成分得到有效的遏制,促进我国广告业的健康发展。

Abstract:Famous persoh's advertisements become one of the most common advertising forms day by day. U tilizing the heavy influence power of famous persons to propagate the product or the service, have really brought the huge economic benefits for relevant enterprises. But at the same time , famous person's enormous influence power makes the harm to consumers inestimable if the propaganda unreal. Our country has not made relevant legal provisions to carrying on the false famous person who propagates in the law at present. So it is necessary for us to carry on research to this, define the structure to famous person's due obligation in the advertisement, make false composition in advertisement get effective containment, promote our country healthy development of advertising.
