| Abstract: | To create an atomosphere of study,we need to set up a specific style of openess,initiative,fitting individual study,and lifelong study,which can help exchange information at the same time.It is also useful for expanding educational scope,and reducing the cost of education.To build this style,teachers in TV Universities are facing the challenge brought by the network and distance teaching.How to face these challenges has become an immediate must. |
