中小学班主任职业道德现状的调查研究

采用自编问卷,对辽宁省沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州四市484名中小学班主任进行调查研究,从对待领导之德、对待学生之德、对待教师之德、对待家长之德四个维度,以及职业道德认识、情感、意志、行为四个亚维度入手,了解中小学班主任职业道德的现状。调查发现,班主任在对待领导上存在汇报工作情况失真、工作消极等问题;在对待学生上存在体罚学生、偏爱个别学生等问题;在对待教师上存在不能公正评价科任教师、难以成为教师团队核心等问题;在对待家长上存在不能平等对待家长、收受家长礼物等问题。提出构建班主任职业道德规范、健全班主任监督机制、加强班主任道德修养等改进对策与建议。

The Investigation of Professional Ethics of Teachers in Charge of Classes in Primary and Secondary Schools

Through the selfmade questionnaire ,we investigated 484 teachers in charge of classes in Shen yang ,Dalian ,Dandong and Jinzhou ,understand the current situations from four dimensions ：the virtues to treat leadership , students , teachers and parents . T his paper studies the current professional ethics of teachers in charge of classes from four subdimensions of professional ethics ：understanding ,emotion ,will and behavior .The survey found that there exist report distortion on the work ,negative work and so on for teachers in charge of classes w hen dealing with the leadership ,corporal punishment ,preference for individual students for teachers in charge of classes w hen dealing with the students ,unfair evaluation of tea chers ,difficult to become a teacher team core and so on for teachers in charge of classes w hen dealing with the teachers ,not treating parents equally and receiving gifts from parents and for teachers in charge of classes when dealing with the parents .The concrete improvement suggestions and countermeasures should be followed ：constructing the head teacher professional ethics ,perfecting supervision mechanism of tea chers in charge of classes ,and strengthening moral accomplishment of teachers in charge of classes .
