| Abstract: | It is necessary to introduce organization culture for libraries in order to meet the needs of information environmental change, management innovation, sustainable development and raising synthesize competition ability. We should pay more attention to the construction of organization culture system,and recognize the hardness, the common recognition and unity to construct and avoid the negative influence brought by it. |
