| 摘 要： | 东汉将军皇甫棱至晋代著名文学、史学和医学家皇甫谧的籍贯，一直有争议，其实他们是今宁夏固原市人。皇甫谧出身于破落的官宦世家，由一个浪荡公子最终成长为有高尚之志、博通经史和医学的学者，是个值得肯定和赞扬的历史人物。
