| Abstract: | Firstly, the concept and meaning of cross-cultural management are clarified. Through examples, the paper shows that the cultural differences of joint ventures are their performances in cross-cultural management. Finally, according to the cultural differences of joint ventures, the countermeasures of cross-cultural management are proposed so that the management measures and strategies of joint ventures can be adjusted. |
