中学教师心理健康及社会支持研究——兼谈高等教育的应对策略

摘    要:对114名中学教师的心理健康在性别、地域、任教科目等方面的差异性,以及心理健康与社会支持关系进行问卷调查,结果表明:中学教师的心理症状在所处地域上无显著差异,在性别和任教科目上存在显著差异;在社会支持的选择及对支持的利用度上,性别和所处地域上无显著差异,在任教科目上存在显著差异;心理症状总分及各维度分与社会支持各维度呈显著负相关。

Abstract:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 114 high school teachers as to the differences in their mental health, involving the variables of gender, region, discipline and social support. Significant difference was found in their mental health in terms of gender and discipline, but not in terms of region. Correlation was found between the choice and use of social support and discipline but not gender or region. The total score in mental health and each componential score are found to have significantly negative correlation with social support.
