| 摘 要： | 调查显示，影响当前中等职业教育发展的因素有：课程设置、实习实训、生源、师资、政策、教学质量、管理水平等问题，建议：改善学校环境建设，加强行政监管及服务，鼓励校本课程开发，设置职教研究机构，推进办学体制创新，以促进中等职业学校发展。

| Abstract: | The research shows,the factor that influencing current secondary vocation education's development are curriculum design,practice training,source of students,teachers,policy,teaching quality,management level and so on.We suggest to improve the constriction of campus environment,strengthen administrative supervision and service,encourage curriculum development basis on school,set institution about vocational teaching research,push forward the innovation of running shool system,in order to promote secondary vacational school's development. |
